This tournament is a 2-Person Chapman, but you can sign up a 2nd twosome you want to play with. If you are only signing up a twosome, simply leave "Team 2" blank.
Payments:
All player payments on this form will be made by the Group Contact.
If the Group Contact is a member, their account will be charged for their players, unless any players are also members. In which case, their member accounts will be charged.
If the Group Contact is not a member, Leigh will provide the total owing and payment methods in a follow up email. Please make sure to check your spam folder. Payments are required no later than September 28 and must be made in order to confirm your entry.
There will be no refunds after September 28. |
